The Hotel was truly a slice of luxury. The staff were well trained and professional and could even be described as impeccable. The suite was modern, while emmitting flavours of Thai design. We could not find any fault with the suite, service or the area of the hotel. A defininte must stay for anybody looking for a holiday further afield.

This was truly the best hotel I have ever visited. I have travelled the world and found this hotel to be truly the best. The Vertigo restaurant was absolutely unbelievable. Sure there was a dress-code but they only want to uphold the brilliant standard of class the hotel has to offer. It was in the centre of the city and provided guests with brilliant facilities.

The rooftop restaurant was the stand out venue of my trip. I have recently returned from travelling the Asia, and the Banyan Tree was certainly one of the top hotels I stayed in. High standard of decoration and amazing level of service. Some may say that the hotel is a little over-priced, but if you are going to go to Thailand, why not stay in absolute luxury.
