The hotel was clean, friendly. Good selection of food (lots of variety and plenty to choose from), and well positioned on the Costa Blanca. The hotel consisted of mainly English people and our children made lots of friends over the course of the week. The hotel management speak fluent English which is great if you need help or have any problems. The waiters, reception and management staff are always happy to help and were really good with the children. The facilities for the children were great, a lovely large pool with a park just to the side of the pool. The holiday representative was an English lady named Karen was only to happy to help and assist if you had any questions or needed any kind of help. There is a bus stop just at the bottom of the hill which takes you into Benidorm town and frequent service is operated.
