the only negative about this hotel is the location as it is out of the way from the main area that most people visit in benidorm - but thats the only thing. the hotel itself is really lovely - very big, but lovely. the pool are and the food were great especially the breakfast - a good choice from continental to and we couldnt find any faults. the staff were brilliant and very helpful if you had any problems or questions so the service was brilliant. i honestly cant wait to go back as it may be further out but its worth it!

Gran hotel Bali
My wife and I have just returned from our very first trip abroad with out young son. We found the hotel to be absolutely fabulous, it really did have it all. Tidy, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and an excellent choice of food (always freshly cooked and plenty so satisfy our son). We did see that some of the reviews weren’t great but you can’t please everyone and the hotel really did exceed our expectations and standards. The pool areas we excellent, lots to do for the children and enough loungers to have 2 for yourself. Our room was situated on the 14th floor, not great if you have walking difficulties but the view was amazing. The evening entertainment was great, plenty on the programme and lots for the children. We have previously visited the old town but found this visit to be much more what we were looking for. Different, quieter, and much for suitable for families and people travelling with young children. We would return and definitely recommend this hotel for people with families.
