Service was very good room was small but it was a small promo room very clean restaurant was very good plenty to chose from and well managed very clean and polite this hotel sits in a very good location easy to get out and about to where ever you want to go in benidorm entertainment in the magic cafe bar from him n her was top class entertainment for children and adults this is a hotel in the magic group that as a couple we will return to in the future could not find anything we disliked about this hotel cant believe its a 3 star could be a 4 star facility
