Arrived at this hotel and was given a pool view on the eighth floor. We must have had one of the refurbished rooms, because everything was modern, laminate flooring etc. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we had no problems with towels etc. Food was excellent, but as previously stated some days only one or two choices for meat etc. Only pitfall was the "charge of the light brigade!" for beds in the mornings. You would be very lucky to get any beds with umbrellas, perhaps the hotel could invest in some more of these, as temperatures were hitting 39-40 degrees most days. It was extremely hot. All in all a very good hotel and would recommend to others.

Pressidente
We have just come back from Benidorm and would recommend this hotel. It was clean and staff very friendly. We stayed full board and found it good value for money, their was something for everyone to eat and the times were good as the food was open for around 2 hours at each sitting. Location was great, near all the shows, the square and the beach were all within 5 minutes waliking distance. Usually in Benidorm the noise at night is unbearable, but although this hotel is located near the square, we did not hear a thing at night. The cabaret acts were really good in the hotel and they did serve lager up until 8pm at night for 2 euros a pint. I wouldnt think twice about booking up here again and am already looking to book my next break there!!
