We have visited this hotel twice both in February weather still pleasant the hotel itself is spotless the staff very friendly rooms comfortable the beds a good size a balcony for all rooms the location is ideal a few bars just outside hotel two minutes into central benidorm five minutes from either beaches which are nice the food at hotel was excellent and plenty to choose from we went half board .The food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Princesa
We chose this hotel as it was away from the madding crowd and would be quieter. On arrival we were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the reception staff who were polite and spoke excellent English.
Our room which was to the back of the hotel although lacking a pool view like we asked, it was quiet and peaceful at night. It had everything we needed; the cleaning was on a daily basis and towels changed on request as with most hotels nowadays.
The restaurant was excellent . . . the food was plentiful; service, layout, could not be faulted one bit!
The hotel was very vibrant as it was Easter week but the staff did a marvellous job and as it is spacious we didn’t feel overcrowded. One or two Spanish were staying in the hotel but most of the entertainment was cabaret which was great! On the whole, we had a fabulous time and would go back again.
