The hotel has a total of 494 rooms distributed in 6 buildings of 3 floors each with superior rooms and junior suites. All rooms have one or two beds, air conditioning with individual controls, ceiling fan, hairdryers, cable TV, telephone and safety deposit box (local charge).
The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in La Palma restaurant; lLunch at the Bohio restaurant (12:00-18:00). Also at the disposal of the AI guests are three more restaurants; Las Brasas grill restaurant, El Trovador/Pizzería Italian restaurant, El Patio Mexican restaurant. A variety of local snacks is available throughout the day at the snack bar as well as from 23:00-24:00. Tea time is from 17:30-18:00 at the internet cafe area. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, etc are served at the Hundido bar (10:00-17:00), the Bohio (10:00-18:00), the Playa bar (10:00-17:00) and the Mar Azul (10:00-24:00).
Sport facilities at the hotel include non-motorized water-sports such as kayaks, snorkelling equipment, sailing and windsurfing (all on the beach), activities for kids from 10:30-12:00 & 15:30-17:00 (games & sports for kids aged 4 to 12 yrs old), merengue, bachata, salsa classes, tennis tournaments, Olympics, exclusive shows, live music, band and Spanish classes (please note that the services & activities mentioned are offered according to the daily programme or by previous booking).
