The Hotel was very good. Hotel staff always happy to help. Restaurant was good. Food not very English but you could always find something you liked. The hotel offer free unlimited bottles of mineral water which is a bonus, as well as a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There are several bars and the poolside one offers lunch as well for those who don't want to go inside. The entertainment staff are brilliant, and there is an open air colliseum where they put on the nightly shows. During the day they offer water aerobics and other such energetic activities! We would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families who want to go to a big complex where there is always something to do, good food and drink, and friendly staff

This was our second visit to the Primasol Albatros because we knew that it offered everything we wanted. Across the road at the Beach Albatros resort there are more pools and more water slides. You can use all of these and access the beach here. It's within a 5 minute walk or there is a free shuttle mini bus every half hour. Lunch and beer is also served on the beach. Food wise, everything was fab as it was last time, so so much choice, wish we’d taken bottoms with elasticated waistbands. Overall, if your looking for a lovely hotel, to relax in, this is the place.
I’m typing this to save everyone from the holiday from Hell! I’m not toff but this place is awful and I'm afraid that positive reviews on this site, have been placed by clearly people who are stupid enough to believe what is classed a 5 star and what is not! What about this then?? European 2* rooms, school dinner style food (I’m not kidding!!) always accompanied with paint stripper like "locally produced drinks". The final nail in the coffin is the constant loud droning music surrounding the pool area - making chilling out impossible. Do yourself a favour - if your travel agent tells you this place is up to the standards of the internationals (Hilton, Intercontinental etc) tell him or her to pull the other one, because, his place is a very poor 3*. Not a good hotel at all!
