The staff could not be more friendly, polite and courteous, both in the restaurant and when requiring access to cleaning the rooms. The hygiene standards were impeccable. We booked a room with a terrace which was fantastic, catching the sun all day doing plenty of sunbathing, avoiding the necessity to always use the pool area facilities. The popular amenties and excursions to the sights were all within easy access of the hotel, the rep was on site everyday. The whole experience was wonderful, we were made to feel very special for our two week stay and had a very enjoyable time.

We were really happy with this hotel. We had chosen the Standard Nile View room and were very pleased, such a beautiful view. Being on the Nile side meant we didn't hear any street or mosque noise at all. We found the hotel really relaxing. We only stayed bed and breakfast and there was more than adequate choice every morning, the Egyptian breads and pastries are lovely. We ate in the Italian twice, once for lunch as we hadn't had breakfast, we shared a lovely pizza with tomato salad, and once in the evening as we had been to the sound and light show. The grounds of the hotel are most beautiful with TWO marvellous swimming pools. The staff, from the restaurant to the cleaners could not do enough for us. we will definitely be going back and i would only stay at the pyramis isis in luxor in the future as we both had such a relaxing holiday.
After having read the reviews, I was very unsure of what to expect of my holiday to this hotel. However, I found that upon arrival I was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff to check us in. Great way to start the holiday with smiling faces! Food was good, no complaints there always a choice and a change! Rooms were spotlessly clean and the maids visited every day. I recommend booking a Nile view room as the location of this hotel sits right in front of the Nile. It’s also conveniently close to the Luxor temple which was great to visit. Good value for money hotel, therefore would definitely return, you’ll find that a lot of the other guests in the hotel will be there on the 3rd, 4th or even 13th visit! Lots of happy faces!
