Nile Palace Luxor Review
The Nile Palace is in a great location on the banks of the Nile at the southern end of Luxor, There are numerous more reasonably priced restaurants and a couple of bars with walking distance and the temple of Luxor is only a 10/15 minute walk away.
As previous reviewers have said you can have a room overlooking the Nile, the central courtyard or the road at the front. We paid in advance for the Nile view and although the balcony was a tad on the little side, we weren't disappointed with the view.
The room very was clean and comfortable,
The New Years Eve Gala dinner was great, The food was fine but the entertainment was bizarre, particularly the 40 plus year old Egyptian songstress attempting Shakira songs - great laugh lol!
We were on a B&B basis which was fine as they hotel's Nubian restaurant did the obligatory buffet every night for those on full/half board. You could also pay extra for the Italian, Thai or Lebanese restaurants, the latter of which was very nice.
The pool area was a little smaller than expected,  Views of the sunset over the Nile were amazing and worth hanging out for.
Staff were generally excellent, particularly the gents on the front and intermediate doors who were always smiling and conversing in numerous languages to all the guests.
All in all a very nice hotel.

Nile Palace Luxor Review
We stayed at the Nile Palace march this year for 2 weeks, We had a Nile view with balcony and our room was wonderful, clean and spacious. The location was great, we were only a few minutes taxi ride from the center of Luxor.
We had lunch on the rooftop terrace, this was great as we had the terrace to ourselves.
Our room was clean and spacious and we had a lovely view of the Nile and the VOK. We had a buffet breakfast in the Nubian restaurant every morning which was great, there was something for everyone. Even the morning we had to leave early for a flight back home, the hotel arranged boxed breakfasts to take with us.
The Thai restaurant was fabulous, we ate there many times, the atmosphere and food was awesome. We also ate several times at the Lebanese restaurant, El Tarbouche, as well as the Italian restaurant. We have eaten outside the hotel several times but much preferred the hotel food. We had received a complimentary fruit tray.
Overall we had a great stay in Luxor, the weather was gorgeous during the day (25c) a great start to 2009 and the hotel was fantastic.

Nile Palace Luxor Review
We had a beautiful fresh room with a nile view and balcony. very nice decor and luxurious bathroom.The breakfast is extremely good with a huge selection of choices and served from 6.00am to 11.00pm. If you are going on a early morning trip before 6.00am you can request a breakfast box to take with you,the evening meals was one of the best in our 1 week stay in egypt.The pool area is well laid out with plenty of sun beds for everyone, The numerous staff were all very helpful and friendly,nothing seemed to be too much trouble.and the hotel is just nice to walk about in as there are as few shops, restaurants, a business centre.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Luxor and cant wait to get back there next year.
