The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Friends main restaurant. Continental breakfast takes place from 10:30-11:30 at the Sun Suchi bar and the Friends restaurant. Snacks such as pasta, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, steak, chicken and meat sharwerma are available between 14:30 & 16:00 at the Sun Suchi as well as in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, liqueurs (all three by the glass), soft drinks, coffee and tea are served from 10:00-23:00 at the Ali Baba bar (11:00-sunset), the Sun Suchi bar (11:00-sunset), the N4 pool (11:00-sunset), the Friends bar (10:00-23:00) and the Club House (10:00-23:00).
Sport facilities at the hotel include animation programme with stretching, darts, aqua gym, club dance, water volleyball, water polo, dance lessons (belly dancing, Latino, salsa), cocktail games, mini disco and show time as well as evening entertainment with Oriental & Nubian shows, live singers, karaoke, Russian show, pool party and Miss Delta Sharm competition. There is a free shuttle service to/from the Terrazzina beach, the Delta beach, the Naama Bay and the Old Sharm.

I have just returned on a weeks holiday alone just to get away from it all for a while and i thought this was a near perfect place for me.The studio apartment i had booked was clean, lovely decor and fully equipped with all the amenities you would associate with in an apartment.The tv alaso came with loads of channels which i made the most of as well.The food was very rich but gave me the runs however,it was plentiful enjoyable although slighlty repetative.Ther are 12 pools to choose from which was cool and the staff were really friendly.
