One word HORRIBLE! I would defiantly not send my worst nightmare to this hotel well maybe I would to punish them lol! The hotel is dirty, smells and looks cheap! I got told it was a four star plus and it’s not even a 2 star so I was very disappointed when I arrived! The staff bless them it’s not their fault they work their as lucky to have job were very helpful but that was the only good thing about it! The pool was one small one which had dead flies floating around no filters what so ever which I dared to go and have a swim. Food wise oh my god I went out every night into naama bay to eat which wasn’t the point of an all inclusive holiday!!! I spent more on meals and drinks to get out of the hotel than I wanted to so not good! Do not go here and don’t try and let travel agents tell you it’s a four star because it isn’t

Just came back from a decent week-long stay at the Gardenia Plaza. This was the third time we've been to Sharm and I must say have had better stays in the past. However, that said, the last hotel we stayed it, as fantastic as it was, cost double the price! I was intentionally looking for a cheap priced holiday, I had a rapid hound around for a hotel and went with this one. We resided on an all inclusive and for the 2 of us for a week which we both agreed was a decent value for money. The hotel was clean and staff were pleasant, had a gorgeous private beach and 2 vast pools. All the staffs were enthusiastic to help and were always working! The only down side to the hotel is that 1, it was 5 minutes on a bus from the beach and secondly, the food was average. The beach bus came every ½ hour throughout the day and to be honest you probably could walk there but we were just being lethargic! Once you get down to the seaside they have a private section with sun loungers or you can just walk up and down the coast line which in the Red Sea is beautiful. The food was ok, Breakfast and lunch were fine you could get cerials, fruit, pasta etc. The All inclusive drinks were brilliant, bottled beers, bottled mineral water, juices and loads of varieties of different spirits and liqueurs. Dinner was run of the mill; strive to enter the restaurant early while the food is still warm! It wasn’t too dreadful and we knew it was so inexpensive to eat out in Naama Bay so 3 of the 7 nights we did! In summary, i would stay there for a second time, it’s not 5 star but if you’re seeking a decent bargain or if its your first time to sharm then the Gardenia Plaza would be a good choice. Like I said before, if you want a proper 5 star with great food and all the trappings, expect to pay a minimum of 2-3 times more. If you’re not fussed and want to be in Sharm for the experience, then book this hotel. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Bottom line - end of story!
