When we booked this hotel was told it was a 5* but in my personal opinion would rate it a good 3* so just beware! But the price we paid could hardly moan to be honest. Yes the hotel is in need of some updating but the grounds are big enough for nice walks around the complex as well as near the beach which is good for sunbathing or diving!. Hotel is in nabq bay and is I would say 20 minutes from the airport and will cost around 5-7 pounds to get to naama bay in a taxi which isn’t too bad to be fair! Staff we helpful but found a few to be rude especially the reception but I cant begin to imagine what they have to deal with on a day to day basis so didn’t really batter and eye lid, most of the staff would go out of their way to do things for you and if you tip them well £2-3 they will be your friends for the hole of your holiday (as they earn something like £40 a month). Food was buffet style for all of the meals, but would defiantly recommend the snack bar and pool bars they do great baguettes and snacky things to suit everyone.
