I have just retuned from this hotel for the 3rd time in a row it is great for a family holiday, went with my wife, daughter, son in law and grand children, we have had a great time each stay at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else, staff were very friendly and helpful very clean hotel with a lovely pool, the animation team were great fun and fantastic with the kids, the food was brilliant lots of different type for us and the kids.. cant wait to go backin February 2010 already booked the hotel and requested room buy the noisy pool.

We returned from holiday on the 2nd July, and I have to say hotel was great! Very clean wonderful staff cleaners excellent; a couple of bar staff serving people who tipped them with a pound were served first the food was ok always found something to eat, the waiters in the restaurant were very good, varied and plentiful food! The big complaint was the quiet pool area but it was nice to be able to relax as there were lots of sun loungers.
The hotel rooms were nice and they even put on a free coach to ferry us all from the airport to the hotel which was fab. I wasn’t that fussed on the entertainment at the hotel as it was all in Russian! But we were so near to the town that it was no problem anyway.
I would recommend this hotel without a doubt, more of a 5 star I’d say!! We’ve booked again for November!!
