I found this a top hotel from start to finish. Felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was lovely with a great view of the sunset every night. The choice of food was very good with different themed nights. A good entertainment programme and it was in English which I have read is a problem in a lot of sharm hotels. I wouldn’t recommend Namma bay as all the shops hassle you in a very rude and ignorant way so we stayed in the resort for most of the holiday apart from quad biking which was excellent. The hotel has a nice big pool with waterslide and the entertainment team are always doing activities. The staff cannot do enough for you and I always gave them a tip, not that they asked for itI couldn’t really fault anything at the hotel and would definitely go back

We have got back last Friday. We spent a great holiday in Sultan Gardens and will definately go back again. Great hotel and staff fantastic and really friendly - they can't do enough for you. Beautiful settings too - our room had gorgeous sea view. Food was great and with plenty of choice. Only problems we had was that my hubbie had recently had operation on his knee and where we stayed there were quite a number of steps up to the bars and reception which is pretty trivial I know but worth a mention, however I am sure if we had of mentioned it to the staff they probably have moved us closer but we didn't want to lose the sea view. We went into Naama Bay twice but to be honest we were happy to stay at the hotel in the evenings. All in all a brilliant holiday very nice hotel and would defiantly recommend to a friend or anyone who would like a great beach holiday in a top hotel as you would expect from all the wonderful reviews.
