The residence comprises 50 terraced duplex villas that are all equipped with main bedroom with a double bed and twin bedroom, furnished terrace, two fully fitted bathrooms, living room and a dining room. The fully fitted equipped kitchen includes a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. As well, it includes a television with satellite channels, DVD, mini shelf audio system, iron and ironing board and safe deposit box. Each villa has free car parking, garden patch, private fresh-water swimming pool heated in winter (at a charge), deckchairs and sunshade parasols, solarium around the swimming pool and barbecue area.
The facilities and services include laundry service, cleaning and change of towels every four days, bed linen every eight days and car rental service. There are also cots at guests’ disposal. Peacefully sited and at the same time close to all amenities and services such as the supermarket, bus stop and restaurants and bars (100m away).
The beautiful beaches of Grandes Playas Dunas de Corralejo are only 1.5 km away. At 1km and 1.2km away from the villas, there are plenty of water sports such as jet ski, windsurfing and kite surf centres, diving school and thalasso Spa centre. Tour guides also organize boat trips to the island of Lobos. For the growing number of adventurers, trekkers and mountain bikers there are now newly created routes, which make it possible to reach the most enchanting and hidden corners of the local geography. Just spent 10 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Room 116 - good location overlooks gardens and the pool. Quite shaded. and quiet. The apartments were quite basic but clean - bedding and towels changed 4 days during my stay.Lounge was fairly spacious, TV with 2 english channels Sky news and CNN. (however did spend an entertaining 20 minutes watching Spanish equivalents to, what we thought were - celebrity love island and "Britains got talent !!). Laundry on site, Shower (plenty of hot water) and bath.we would return to these apartments which means I would recommend them!

The villa is very close to the beach and central for all the days activities. Apartments are comfortable and stylishly decorated. The island has the best beaches in the canaries with beautiful golden sands.

we have just come back from a 1 week stay at the margarita, we spent seven days in the above apartment and found it to be clean and tidy,the bed linen was changed twice the same as the bathroom towels.The apartment is situated close to the centre of the town and beach and shopping areas and i found it to be less noisey than some i have been to.I would certainley go back again.
