This newly-built, comfortable aparthotel has its accommodation units distributed over 6 floors. Accommodation consists of cosily-equipped studios equipped with combined living-bedroom, air conditioning (central control), satellite TV, safe (for hire), telephone, hairdryer, bathroom, shower, WC, and balcony or terrace. There is also accommodation available with an additional separate bedroom.
The Aparthotel has two restaurants; one is the main hotel restaurant which is non-smoking while the other is a pool restaurant. Half board or all-inclusive are provided in a varied buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also a snack-bar and a lounge bar.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), Continental breakfast (10:30-12:30), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00, theme twice weekly), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant Betancuria; lunch at the pool bar El Castillo. During meals all drinks (by the glass) are offered. A wide gastronomic selection of snacks is available between 07:30 & 24:00 in different bars & restaurants. Coffee time with cakes is taking place at the main bar every afternoon. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like water, soft drinks, coffee, infusions, beer, wine, spirits, etc are served from 10:30-01:00 at the main bar.
There is a varied programme of daytime and evening entertainment with entertainers and professional performances, mini-club (4-12 years) and children´s playground, tennis court, a multi-sports area, three pools (two for adults and one for children: one of the adult pools and the children´s pool is heated in winter), spa and wellness center THai Zen Space, our thai spa experience with a thermal pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and massage (extra charge).

Sport facilities at the hotel include gym, fit & fun programme, an adventure club with excursions and lots of adventurous activities as well as animation programme offering evening show every night from 20:30-23:00 and the possibility to dance various nights a week.

My family and i have spent 2 weeks in this iberostar hotel. The rooms were large enough and we had a pool facing room with a nice large balcony and all the amenites you would expect in thr room. We stayed on an all inclusive basis mainly because of the euro and the fact drinks can be expensive at these hotel. We wasnt disappointed with the grub, it was a delightful spread for all meals. Plenty of chioce, always hot. massive choice of breads and salads as well. The beach was only a two minute walk from our room and the town of jandia is roughly a mile away and they run a regular bus service also. It was mainly germans at the hotel however the entertainment was excellent and anyone would enjoy it from any country. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was a of a very high standard and i will be booking other iberostar hotels in the future. My ratings for this hotel
