Sunrise Jandia resort is located above Jandia Beach with a unique view of Jandia. It consists of more than 500 units, double of rooms and suites first opened in 2002.
Rooms are equipped with bath, shower, telephone, kitchenette, satellite TV, safe (extra rent), hairdryer, and have either terrace or balcony. Change of sheets and towels two and three times weekly, respectively. Cleaning takes place five times in a week.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, wine and beer are offered. Snack’s buffet is available at 14:30 at the snack bar as well as tea & coffee time with biscuits & cakes between 15:30 & 16:30. Customers can have ice cream at the main restaurant during lunch & dinner and at the snack bar during snack times. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like hot drinks, soft drinks, wine, beer, spirits and some cocktails are served at the pool bar (11:00-18:00), the snack bar (11:00-18:00, cocktails excluded) and the salon bar (18:00-23:00).
we have just returned from a fortnights break at the sunrise jandia resort and have never felt so relaxed as when we where there. The hotel is really clean, the food is fantastic, there is always something for the kids such as pizza, chicken nuggets etc. Nothing is too much trouble for the team of pople whom work there. our room faced on to the beach over the road which is a very quiet road. if you are looking for a lively hotel then please do not go to sunrise jandia and for the kids the childrens club is hotel run and quite basic from 10.30-12.30 and then 3.00-5.00pm. also has kids disco at 8.30pm.on a negative note, we where one of only 2 english families in the hotel and the rest is mainly german and spanish, had we not met up with a lovely dutch family, we would have been without decent conversation for the whole two weeks.in summary, if you like peace and quiet and can put up with the germans for your stay then get booking as all else is spot on.

WE HAVE JUST HAD A WEEK AT THE SUNRISE AND OVERALL HAD A VERY GOOD TIME. THE HOTEL IS A LITTLE DATED BUT IS KEPT VERY CLEAN AS WERE THE ROOMS. THE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC. HOTEL POOLS WERE GREAT WITH PLENTY OF SUNBEDS FREE. THE BEACH WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE BEEN TO WITH BLENTY OF BARS AND SHOPS IN SURROUNDING AREAS. THE ONLY BAD POINT WAS THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM WERE RUBBISH BUT THAT DIDN’T REALLY SURPRISE ME AS HOTEL ENTERTAINMENT IS NOT USUALLY THAT GREAT. OVERALL A GREAT HOTEL THAT I WOULD DEFINITLY RETURN

Hubby and I loved this hotel. Rooms were very big, lots of room. Could have done with an extra pillow though. Location wise, its great, near enoough to everything without being too close. Resort has three swimming pools so never a shortage of loungers and beds. Can get a little noisy round the pool but saying that, you don’t go away to sit in silence for a week. Food was pretty decent, not the best we’ve had but we always found something we liked. Entertainment was pretty good as well, shows in the evening were brilliant and kept us entertained although we spent a lot of the evenings in Jandia itself. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend you try this before listening to reviews on it, as they can be deceiving.
