My family and have just spent an enjoyable week at this hotel. We upgraded to a sea view as the side sea views overlook the delivery and kitchen area. Hotel was right on the beach in san augustin. Its a couple miles walk into playa del ingles (nightlife and shopping) The beaches are great, large and clean. My favourite thing about this place was the standard of food on offer. I couldnt stop eating it was so nice, excellent range of hot and cold buffet. Lovely fresh fish also They had everything you could want. The entertainment was average, expected better for a four star and iberostar complex. Thier were also lots of germans but enough british couples to talk to none the less. The gardens around the hotel that lead down to the beach were very well set out aswell. loved the holiday though apart from the entertainment

Iberostar Costa Canaria Hotel
This was a fantastic holiday! Exactly as I imagined it to be.  Chose this hotel as it is a couple’s only hotel.  Went with my boyfriend and made friends with other couples like ourselves in the hotel which is always nice, well only to say hello at dinner and round the pool! There were a lot of older couples too, but I prefer that to all the young ones!
You walk out onto the beach from this hotel, for a minute I felt like I was in the Caribbean it was so pretty! The beach is really nice and was never too crowded in San Augustin.  Nice little resort outside of Maspalomas to get away from all the hustle and bustle. 
Even though the resort was small there was still a good choice of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area to walk to, although we did go all inclusive so didn’t really need to spend the extra money! I have to say the clubs were playa Del ingles though and this hotel is around 45mins walk there, or if you’re lazy a cab would always be on hand.
Good variety of food, at breakfast cereals, fruit and cooked stuff, chips were on show all throughout the day which kept me going! At dinner always the perfect freshly cooked meats, or salad if you prefer or soups! And good choice for afters to finish off, I was too full to look at them by the end of every day though!
Staff was quiet but never rude, and the rooms were great, had a frontal sea view, and couldn’t ask for more really!
Would definitely return, but only when my boyfriend puts his hand in his pocket again, it wasn’t the cheapest of holidays I’ve been on, then again not the Caribbean price either!
