The Sentido Aeolos Beach Resort has recently been renovated, but retains its traditional style and is ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The complex is ideally situated on the south East Coast of Corfu, set on slopes with grounds covering 70,000 square meters with extensive grounds stretching to the beach. Its private beach located only 50m from the hotel can reached via an underground tunnel.
The entire complex has 209 rooms, 205 of which are double rooms that can accommodate up to three persons, 52 are one room family bungalows for up to four persons and 49 are apartments with separate bedroom for up to four or five persons. Rooms have direct-dial telephone, refrigerator, appliances for tea and coffee are refilled everyday with coffee, tea, milk and sugar (payable locally), air-conditioning, hairdryer, sat TV, safe deposit boxes and balcony or terrace offering comfort, relaxation and sea view. Studios and apartments are very simply furnished. Maid Service is six days a week. Towels changed four times a week and linens three times a week. Voltage 220. The air-conditioning in the main building is only July and August and it is controlled by a central control.
The AI programme consists of full American breakfast (07:00-10:00), long sleepers Continental breakfast (10:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, tea, coffee, water, locally produced beer, wine (red or white) and ouzo are offered. Unlimited snacks such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizzas, sandwiches, hot dogs and potato chips as well as ice cream (only for the children) are available between 11:30 & 16:00. Tea time with cakes is from 16:00-17:00. Limitless locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, gin, vodka, whiskey, brandy, rum, tequila, ouzo, soft drinks, tea, coffee and water are served from 10:30-23:00.
Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, aerobics, archery, French bowls, water polo, umbrellas & sunbeds, as well as full daily entertainment programme with sport activities (darts, beach volley etc.), full day & night entertainment, shows, games, competitions and folklore dances (once per week).
24 hours reception service, foreign exchange, car rental, excursions, mail postal services - express courier service, secretarial service - fax, baby sitting - on request, taxi service, courtesy bus service transporting clients on arrival and departures on grounds. Private parking is also available. In addition, at guests disposal there is one family pool suitable for adults and children (as it has a shallow section) with its own snack bar (supervised from 09h00- 19h00), one adult pool permitted only for adults and surrounded by gardens and olive groves, with its own snack – pool bar (supervised from 09h00-19h00). Other amenities include pool gymnastics, billiard, kid’s playground, mini club, high chairs, baby cot, baby sitting on request, mini disco, daily special children activities, waterslide.
