The family village is the ideal vacation place for families. This beautiful resort, nestled on a steep hillside and recently renovated (2003), offers a spectacular setting, a generous range of inclusions and a wide variety of water sport activities. Please note that this hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
The hotel offers 120 rooms, studios & apartments of two - four beds, 21 family suites (two separate bedrooms), 54 family rooms (bedroom with separation & Closing door) and 24 luxurious maisonettes (two floors with no separation. two bathrooms) and sharing pool in front of the balcony. The room facilities include air-conditioning with individual control / heating, bathroom with bathtub/shower/ hair dryer, direct dial telephone, mini fridge, satellite TV with international channels / music channel, balcony or terrace, safe deposit box with charge.
The AI programme consists of American breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style with show cooking, served in the main restaurant. During meals local wine (red, rose, white), draught beer, juices and soft drinks (pepsi, sprite, soda, water, orangeade, lemonade) are offered – no mineral water. Snacks such as sandwiches, cakes and biscuits are available during the day at the main bar as well as hot dogs along with draught beer and soft drinks between 10:30 & 17:30 at the communal pool bar (shared with the other two sister hotels). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine (red, rose, white), draught beer, gin, whiskey, vodka, rum, tequila, ouzo, brandy, long drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee, tea and juices are served from 10:00-24:00 at the main bar. Customers of the Family Village can use the beach bars of Norida Beach and Summer Palace (both sister hotels) for hot dogs, sandwiches, cocktails, wine, spirits, soft drinks and draught beer (all local).
Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, aerobics, table tennis, beach soccer, beach volleyball, water polo, darts, canoes, pedals, windsurfing (certificate required), mini club with trained staff (4-10yrs old, 10:00-12:00 & 15:00-17:00), kid’s pool & playground, two outdoor swimming pools with sun terraces (one salt & one sweet water), umbrellas & sumbeds, etc. Kids in the age of 6 to 16 yrs old can use the water slides of the sister hotel Norida Beach Club (10:30-17:00). A multilingual animation team provides throughout day & night various activities & games such as musicals, cabarets, sketches, shows, competitions names, demonstrations, etc. Once a week Greek orchestra with local dancers takes place in Norida Beach. Disco nights are available June to October.
