The hotel provides a barbecue restaurant near the swimming pool, a pool bar, a 'Big Ben' bar, a piano bar and a snack-bar near the beach. Some of the bars provide nightly entertainment for clients, but they all provide high quality beverages.
In addition to this, the complex has two swimming pools and one swimming pool for children. There are also three tennis courts, ping pong tables and billiards. The hotel provides day and night entertainment programmes for all ages and aids clients throughout every part of their stay.

The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. Its my 5th time in Tenerife and my 3rd time at the Las Palmeras and we would go as far as to say that this is the best Hotel we have stayed in. Not once in the three years we have stayed here have we been forced to eat outside of the restaurant due to lack of flavour or repetitiveness of dishes. The quality of the rooms has always been top class and we stayed in an absolutely beautiful suite, fully equipped with king size bed. The staff at all stages of our stay were helpful and pleasant and always wanted to help.

The surrounding area is very lively and there was always something for us to do. We went with our little daughter as this was her first time abroad and she couldn't of been happier. The entertainment staff were brilliant for her and we really could not of asked for anything more. The food was delicious even for picky eaters like us.

The hotel is brilliantly positioned with fantastic and helpful staff throughout the entire stay. The rooms are clean all the time and the stay was relaxing. The average age of the travellers was slightly older than average but this in no way harmed our stay. The quality of the facilities were very high and always provided us with something to do.
