The hotel is comprised of 255 spacious, well-decorated rooms, with glass and tile bathrooms for every room. The room has individual heaters/air conditioners, a safe, satellite television, direct dial telephone and any other facility guests need to make their stay worthwhile. It was last renovated in 2001 and provide a level of quality only found in New York.

For the unbelievable position of the hotel, the price we paid was relatively inexpensive. It really is right in the heart of the city. The cocktail bar was a brilliant addition to the hotel and the food they served must be tried. These venues are only the tip of the iceberg of the restaurants and bars that are in the local area and the city itself, but definitely worth a visit nevertheless. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help with queries or tourist questions. Overall the hotel complemented to a wonderful stay in New York City.

The location is perfect, apart from the cab to and from the airport you can get to any destination in New York by just walking. It was a brilliant base to start our holiday. We are frequent visitors to the big apple on both business and pleasure and Thirty Thirty is a definite winner. The bathrooms and rooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are some of the most comfortable we have slept in. We are big fans of the Thirty Thirty Hotel and will continue to make it our second home when staying in New York.

We stayed at the 30/30 over Christmas day and it truly was a brilliant change to the normal. My husband and I stayed in room 1205 which was located on the top floor. The view from the room was absolutely outstanding. We could see the Empire State Building and, especially at night, it was absolutely beautiful. The facilities available within the hotel and around it are fantastic and provide a completely different sight of the city. It is a great budge 3* hotel.
