Loved the fact that you could walk onto the beach from this hotel, very clean and well maintained hotel. I liked the pools, the were very deep though, the surrounding bar was nice but expensive!Our balcony was lovely, nice to sit out in the evenings and have a drink; you could see the sea from our room too. I no that not all the rooms were sea view as few people at reception were moaning! We can’t all be lucky though can we! Rooms were kept clean, rather small but comfortable. Not sure that it was worth the money I paid for all inclusive as the food wasn’t much to talk about. They did make an effort though by doing themed buffets I suppose. There are some good bars just down the road though, which entertained me and my boyfriend, think it was called Charlie’s which was very cheap!Overall good location, nice resort and affordable for most. Would return.

Excellent location, almost on the beach.The pool is nice and large, very good grub. very comfortable hotel. My only fault was we were half board and most guests were all inclusive which meant our drinks were pricey. We did tend to be queing at the bar most evenings. Es cana is a safe resort for familes, with a nice promanade and not to rowdy. They had realy good entertainment and activites as well great for families. I would highly recommend this resort and the hotel is a good standard all round.
