Must I say what a lovely hotel and pleasant stay I had at this hotel everything was perfect, the staff were so welcoming and would do everything they could to help; the reception staff were very professional and gave a great service? The hotel is in a good location in San Antonio right near the beach and all amenities close by to make the stay better. The hotel itself lovely and the food was exceptional my god great, everyday was buffet style with so much to choose from you were spoilt for choice and every evening there were themed nights which made the stay more personal and conveyed that the hotel went all out to please the holiday makers. Pool and the grounds were clean and well kept but found that sun beds were hard to come by as typically people were taking day trips etc and leaving towels on beds! But what can you do! It didn’t ruin our holiday we just made the most of it. A lovely hotel and want to go back straight away loved everything about the location, hotel etc so book away!
me and my family stayed here for two weeks, and let me tell you it was the best hotel ever!!!. The food was lovely, there was always something you could eat, the rooms were huge, the beach was lovely and so was the hotel entertainment!The entertainment every night was fantastic!!. There was always something on. Great Shows and cabaret!!the water is so clear you can see the fish, it was the best beach i have ever been to in my life.The hotel is a little walk down the road to all the clubs and rides if your into that sort of thing. There are shops right the way down the promenade and one night we were there, there was a huge festival on, with fireworks which were fantastic and on for ages!!!. All in all i would say this hotel was perfect in every way. However the prices for it have gone up sky high, so we can't go back this summer so we’ll just go in December for some winter sun!!
