“Unique & great hotel especially the staff”
If you are not going to stay exactly in front of the sea, this beautiful hotel is the best choice.(though you can reach fanabe beach in 10 minute by foot). Also there is a bus station (isla bonita) a few steps away which you can go every where you want. we stayed at this great hotel 16-21 Oct. 2014. We arrived about 3 p.m. and the kind receptionist after a complete information about hotel and our rights advised that we had time to have lunch if we were hungry and we did so. A very big restaurant with a variety of foods. The room also was very nice, quiet and neat on the 4th floor with a spotless balcony with an amazing view of the pools . we have a 5 year old son and they put a big bed for him in the room. Cleaning the room and refreshing towels and toiletries were done every day on time. the hair dryer was really powerful. The nightly animations and the mini disco for children was brilliant. my son loved it so much. When we left the hotel , our camera charger had remained in the room(we didn't even know) and surprisingly they informed us by an email in half an hour. they sent it by post to Sweden as we requested without any charge !! with a polite letter from its holiday concierge-Ms. Enrica Massidda-. I really appreciate this perfect and kindly sense of responsibility.
just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive holiday in this hotel. We had superior rooms. The rooms were spacious and had two king size beds in. Also a sofa bed. The room was in good condition and everything was in working order. The bathroom was clean and well set out. The air conditioning worked well. We had regular fresh bedding, and the towels were changed almost every day despite hanging them up so as to indicate we didn't need a change. The room attendants were very thorough and our room was kept spotless. There was a small fridge in the room and also a hairdryer in the bathroom that worked well. The rooms were quiet and we were only disturbed once at 3am by a couple having a blazing row (he was very drunk) and I'm sorry to say they were British.
The food was very good, serving lots of choice. We had steak seafood chicken pork lamb and lots of choice of fish. The salad bar was extensive. Fresh baked bread always available at each meal. Breakfast is always a meal that I start to tire of after a few mornings, but not here there was just about everything you could think of including pancakes omelettes and the usual continental and English type breakfasts. There was lots of choice for children too. The only slight criticism I could level is that evening meal could be a little busy. The staff in the dining room and also around the hotel work very hard and were always pleasant and polite. We really could not fault this hotel its one of the best we have stayed in. We will defiantly make a return visit and I would have no problem recommending it to my family and friends.
