Don’t be put off by these negative comments people have made are they mad! Surely not in the same hotel! Just got back from the Lanzarote Princess and was a fab stay, there was a party of 10 varied from 5 to 70 year olds, and this hotel had everything to cater for different age groups! The kids we hardly saw as they were being entertained all day while we relaxed buy one of many pools. Location was excellent and close to everything shops, bars etc, food also excellent and catered for the children as well as the fussy eaters among us! Rooms are big enough for families and views are good, we had a pool view and surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all. A very good stay and looking to go back with the same group next year I love it.

Thinking about a holiday this year led me to think about last year’s holiday. My partner's little boy, 7 at the time, was our priority. We booked the Lanzarote Princess which had something for everyone without being 'in your face'. The Kids Club was perfect with great staff allowing the adults to relax and enjoy. When you see that little face light up during the holiday then you know you have made the correct decision. We'd booked a 1 bedroom with pull out bed in the sitting room, it didn't have the best view, however we'd only booked at the last minute and we were only in the room at night. The pools were great, the food plentiful and good considering it was mainly a self service. As for me, well I treated myself to a massage and some reflexology with Amanda and it was so good I went again a couple of days later for more of the same. Amanda was brilliant and genuinely interested in the person she was working on without being intrusive. So I was happy and my partner was delighted because she couldn't believe she could relax and enjoy the holiday so much knowing that all was taken care off. Some great walks and restaurants too, but we didn't stray too far form the kids club.
