I have stayed at H10 hotels before and was expecting the same quality, well what can I say and excellent hotel better than ones I have previously stayed at. From the moment we walked in the staff were welcoming and friendly and would do anything for you. I have a H10 card which I would recommend getting as you are entitled to free upgrades etc, I feel this is a nice little bonus that other hotels do not offer. The food was excellent and changed on a daily basis which was nice as different themes were introduced. The hotel grounds are massive at this complex and it may take a little while to get to different areas of the hotel but don’t be put off by this, I like to walk around and view the grounds so peaceful, pool areas and entertainment excellent. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to everyone I know and even guys who are reading this now, a overall excellent stay

Hotel Rubicon is one of the best holidays myself and my family have been on. There were no sign of cockroaches it is a very clean place. Its a rather large hotel but everything else makes up for it. The swimming pools are fabulous just a little bit cold. The spa is fantastic ! This hotel is brilliant for children, there were activities everyday and performances and discos in the night. Everyone there is very friendly and try their hardest to understand you... we managed fine without our phrase book. Food there is brilliant ! One week definatley isnt long enough so make sure you book for two. The hotel was so great and plenty of things to do that not one day did we leave to go out to town.
