Up to two adults and two children can occupy each of the rooms, which have either a sofa bed or bunk beds in addition to twin beds or queen-size double. A limited number of single rooms are also available.
First impression not good as when we walked in from a delayed flight our room wasn’t even ready and this was 1 o clock in the afternoon! They had a mix up which said we wasn’t arriving until 1 o clock in the morning! However the staff were excellent and made sure the rooms would be ready in half an hour which they were! Our cases were taken up to our room and we were surprised with a room over looking the pool in a quiet area of the hotel perfect, so the they redeemed themselves from that point!. Hotel was lovely and please ignore the negative comments that have been written, pool and entertainment staff excellent you couldn’t keep my children away from the reps they were great. Food caters for everyone and the hotel is so close to everything you don’t need to walk far to anywhere really, it was nice to venture out a couple of nights which was nice and back to hotel in time for nightly entertainment perfect. A bad start but turned into an enjoyable 10 days of bliss and the weather helped.
