The high season runs from the end of April to the end of October, but in the middle of the season many of the beaches elsewhere are very crowded. If you are looking to enjoy some quality time on the beach then the Calas de Mallorca is the spot.
Kids will have a blast as they explore the bird sanctuary and zoo. Drachs' cave is also nearby and you can view impressive stalagmites and stalactites. Many concerts are also held in the largest cavern where there is also a lake. Visitors travel from all over the island to visit this cave.
There is some nightlife in Callas De Mallorca in the form of live music and discos, but if you are specifically looking for a big night out then Magaluf is your best bet. There are also a few shops in the resort but we recommend the market, considered one of the best on the island.
