Don Juan Hotel Review

The main purpose of this holiday was to find somewhere half decent to sleep in from the hard partying in the evenings and this is what this hotel was, if you want luxury don’t stay here! Its better for the 18-30 s type in peak season and any other age groups out of season e.g. march etc.  We were a group of 4 girls in jun/jul and got a good deal for peak time.  The hotel is near to everything and good has when staggering home you don’t have far to go, bcm was great and on doorstep perfect.  Right the hotel was ok rooms big enough for 2/3 people, pool was big enough although hard to find sunbeds sometimes if you got down there at 1 ish! But im a sun worshipper so was down at 9 every day and sleep.  Food was bad but glad it was half board as if you did run out of money at least you had food! Met loads of people out there and returning for a reunion in Sep time great as clubs etc and resort closing down.  A nice cheap but boozy week!

Me and 5 of the lads went to this hotel for two weeks at the end of june and got a wicked deal from Louise, she got it for 440 each, we were getting stupid quotes from the high street agents for like 600 SELF CATERING,so we had to book this one. We wanted to do half board so that if we ran out of money we wouldnt go hungry!!!! Its in such a good spot, you got maga beach and palma nova beach are both 5 mins from the hotel. The main strip of maga is 2 mins away, were you got all the main clubs like boomerangs and bananas (which are ace...get the wristband, cos then u get into like 4 diff clubs for free) although BCM and BCM square are about a 10-15 min walk away! Staggering distance really. Its mainly for people on a clubbing holiday so i wouldnt take kids or old couples there, they'd hate it, but it had all we wanted, They made sure our rooms were next door which was ace. Food was ok, we never got up for brekkie but the dinner was nice, and lots of choice, although we pretty much ate the same stuff the whole time. Pool area is good, they play music and stuff during the day, and can get really cheap drinks around the pool (wouldnt recomend getting too drunk during the day though, one of my lot ended up with sunstroke and had to stay in one night!!!! ). We really liked it here, if you want something close to everything, this is the one for you!
