Sol Antillas/Barbados Accommodation

There are two buildings: the Antillas with 319 double rooms and 20 family rooms. The Barbados has 428 rooms (hotel Barbados is closed from November till April). All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably equipped with full bathroom, terrace, satellite TV, air-conditioning (May-October) and heating (November-April), refrigerator, safety deposit box (extra charged) and direct dial telephone. Baby cots are available.

Sol Antillas/Barbados Food & Beverage

There is a no-smoking restaurant in each building, serving varied breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style. If guests are seeking for a quieter time they can have a drink with friends in the lovely main bar. There is a bar, and drinks and refreshments are served at the pool bar located at the pool terrace for guests comfort. There is a pool-snack bar as well as a beach bar during high season.

Sol Antillas/Barbados Facilities & Services

Outdoor children and adults pool with sun bed service during high season. Room Service is available during dining-hours. From November to April the heated indoor pool is open. Further more there is a gym, sauna, solarium (on charge), massages, Jacuzzi (free of charge). Facilities for bicycle maintenance, storage with supplement as well as there are organised cycling routes, with Philips bike team. There is ping-pong, tennis court (on charge), billiards (on charge), Baby Rock Club, Bam Bam Club and Cool Club (only May to October). Sports programme all day plus evening entertainment programme; Diving school (PADI), only during the high season. The hotel has 5 meeting rooms for 15 to 350 people.

Vacation with the Flintstones. The Flintstones Land is a new way of spending a fun-packed activity holiday with your favourite cartoon characters. When you get to the hotel, the children join the Flintstone family and receive a gift at the Yabba Dabba Doo Bazar (our Flintstones gift shop) as they sign up for the children’s club for their particular age group: the Baby Rock Club for children from 4 months to 4 years of age; the Bam Bam Club for 5 to 8 year-olds and the Cool Club for youngsters from 9 to 13 year-olds. All the clubs have great activities with the Flintstones designed to be fun, to stimulate their imagination and make sure they enjoy their holidays and make new friends in the company of our monitors and Dino and Fred Flintstone. Included in these Clubs we have fantastic Adventure Activities and wonderful manual workshops, all available to You for a very reasonable price when you buy our Rocapacks. At lunch time, there is the tasty food they love at Bronto Burger: chicken wings, brontoburgers, pizzas, ice creams, and more. At night time you can enjoy your evening meal in our Flinstone theme restaurant, Betty´s Kitchen. (All Flintstone facilities and installations are exclusively available in Sol Barbados).

Sol Antillas Hotel Review

Just come back from a week in sol antillas with my boyfriend! hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious and clean. food was really good a lot of choice evening ertainment was good whilst some of it was more for young kids. day activities wernt brill but pools were very nice. would def recomend antillas over barbados! however barbados was still nice. sea views were very good. We had a really nice stay be wary tho cause the hotel opposite is very rowdy and full of stag doos. All in all we had a good stay

Sol Antillas/Barbados Review
What can I say.... this was a fantastic hotel to stay in. We were greeted with friendly faces and well English spoken staff. The check in was fast and we had our bags carried to our room by hotel staff. We had a great view of the bay from our balcony, which was the first thing we saw when entering our spacious double room. The room was clean and well presented. The beach was by the pool with cheap sun beds to rent. The sea and sand were clean and the quality of the food on offer in the local restaurants was brilliant. The main strip was a 10-minute walk from the hotel and in terms of noise we couldn't hear a thing from our room/hotel. We only ate in the hotel restaurant in the mornings, but the food was lovely you had a choice of everything from full English to tea and toast with a cake on the side!!!! We shall be returning to the hotel again, we always go Sol but this was the best we have been in.
