This hotel is situated in the south of the island of Tenerife, in Costa Adeje, approximately 500 m. from a fine sandy beach, near the San Eugenio shopping centre and approximately 750m from the centre of Playa de las Americas.
Half board service (breakfast and dinner) with an abundant and varied hot and cold buffet is available in the main restaurant (entirely non-smoking). At lunchtime a choice of snacks is offered at the poolside Snack Bar. Dress code applies for dinner. An additional indoor bar is also offered.
This extensive hotel complex offers a lobby with reception and seating areas, a conference room, lifts, and a boutique.
In the gardens there are 3 freshwater pools, one of which is for children (1 is heated in winter), and a spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and sunshades (free of charge). A towel service is also available. The hotel offers billiards and squash at a charge. A fitness room, table tennis, volleyball, exercise and darts facilities are available free of charge. There is also a mini-club (age 4-12), children’s pool and playground and an extensive entertainment programme featured by the entertainment team of professional performers. Also there is a multi use sports pitch and a childrens play park.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30 or 19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Continental breakfast takes place from 10:00-13:00 at the bar Hall Venus (with bread, butter, jam, cheese, ham, pastries, juices, coffee and tea). During meals drinks from the AI menu are offered. Tea & coffee time with cakes, infusions and sandwiches is between 15:00 & 18:30 at the Hall Venus. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like water, soft drinks, beer, spirits, house wine and sangria are served at the Hall Venus (10:00-24:30), the swimming pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the disco Salon Diana (19:00-24:30).

Me and my friends have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and I must say, I cant wait to go back. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff are more then helpful, the food is varied and fresh with something to suit everyone, from grilled fish and fresh salads, to pizzas and burgers. Highly recommended.
