My wife and I have been travelling to and from Tenerife since the 1970’s. In our many years of travel, we always had a few choice hotels we prefer to return to year in and year out. We have stayed at the torviscas playa before and we have never been disappointed. As I am in my late 60’s I do suffer from walking difficulties. This hotel is preferred as it is just yards away from the torviscas beach and without a hill in sight. There isn’t too much noise at the complex and the rooms are very comfortable and peaceful, although the bars and restaurants are close at hand. My wife particularily likes the food at the torviscas and refuses to eat out. I must too oblige, it is amongst the best we’ve had whilst away from home. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel with good family amenities and not too manic like some of the hotels in las Americas which are rowdy and full of scoundrels!
