I took my girlfriend to Tenerife and holiday and we stayed at this hotel. It’s a lovely hotelBut not quite the paradise its name suggests with regards to its very poor location. Once we had Settled in we found the hotel was very relaxing, the staff were efficient and the food was good. I spent a lot Of time on the roof top pool which was pretty cool and the hotel amenities were very good.My girlfriend and I had a great time at this hotel but most importantly we received the relaxing chilled out break we were looking for.

I was a bit worried after reading the past reviews for this hotel but was pleasantly surprised the rooms are clean and tidy and very spacious (you even get free toiletries) I have stayed in a lot worse hotels believe me!!. The food was good and plenty of hot and cold snack variety. The location is a bit far out but the transport links to town are very good and the views from the hotel were good. The hotel is not far from the water park and playa de las Americas a short taxi ride 5/7 euros. There were plenty of good amenities in the hotel and overall a nice stay, I will most defiantly return if a want a week in the sun relaxing
