This is my second visit to the conquistador and I was pleased to find that the rooms had been refurbished. The reason I choose this hotel is for the great location, to be honest the food isn’t that great and a little boring for my liking. Aside from this, the staff are friendly and helpful and overall, I had a pleasant stay .

Just back for a wks stay in the Conquistador hotel in Tenerife October . Got a lovely refurbished room on the 1st floor, however, a lot of the non refurbished room are Very dated!they were refurbishing rooms two doors down and they started work at 7am. We stayed here for the past 2yrs and found this year things have gone down hill badly. The food is dreadful and the attiude of staff in restaurant leaves alot to be desired.Would not go back overall 2 out of 5 and that’s generous!!!!!!!!!
