Udalla Park Aparthotel is situated in the centre of Playa de las Américas, at about 600m from the organised beach of Las Vistas and a beautiful large promenade. I must say of all places and hotels I have stayed this has got to be one of the worst I have been to and I would strongly advise That you save your money and stay well away from this hotel. It too my boyfriend to this hell hole having been told by our agent we booked With that this was a good three star but I wouldn’t even rate it as a two star, When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff but on entering our We were horrified. The whole place was dirty and filthy there were ants in the kitchen the bathroom had dirt written all over it and the rooms weren’t fit Even for a dog.
As you can imagine this spoilt our one week trip so we thought that there must be something good about the hotel maybe the food. No chance. The food Was horrific the menu bland. The pool side area was the only descent thing about this hotel so we spent most of our time around the pool…..All in all this was a shocking holiday and was glad to see the back of it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
