This is a family owned property well known for its large and liveliest public pool near the center of Kardamena. The property consists of two blocks, of studios and apartments that have immediate access to the pool.

The apartments vary in size and capacity. Air conditioning and safety deposit boxes are available (at a local charge). The apartments are cleaned four times per week, sheets and towels are changed twice a week. Additional towels are available at the reception or at the pool bar.

Next to the swimming pool there is the main bar, where the guests may enjoy their drink or food, but also they can order take away food. The mini bar is at the other end of the pool, serving drinks only.
