Things to do in Benidorm

Benidorm

A Valencian coastal town and district in the province of Alicante, Benidorm holidays always prove to be some of the most popular in Spain. Perfect for families, couples and young singles, Benidorm holidays offer sun, sea and lots of fun.

Benidorm holidays

Spain remains one of the most popular destinations for Brits looking to get away for some sunshine and relaxation. Benidorm holidays are no exception as they provide reliably sunny weather in beautiful Spanish coastal surroundings in the province of Valencia.

The seaside resorts are hugely family-friendly and cater to guests of all ages and stages whether you visit alone, in a couple or with your family. The sun-seeking worshippers make their way to Benidorm every year in order to soak up the rays and some well-deserved fun too.

While the beaches are a highly appealing factor of Benidorm holidays, there’s also the great mountainous expanse of the Puig Campana that forms an impressive backdrop to the resorts’ view. So while the thought of water sports and beach lounging are a welcome part of the anticipation, Benidorm holidays have plenty of other activities and attractions to offer their prospective guests.

Attractions on Holidays in Benidorm

From jeep safaris, diving and mountain climbing, to sailing, biking and shopping in local markets, Benidorm holidays are ideal for active tourists. You can also visit some beautiful local natural wonders, such as the Canelobre Caves and the Algar Falls.

Benidorm holidays give kids and the young at heart the opportunity to enjoy some great theme parks too – such as the Aqualandia Water Park and the Mundomar Marine Exotic Animal Park. Keen golfers will be pleased to hear that Benidorm holidays also offer the chance to play on fifteen 18-hole courses within two hours of the resort.

Things to do

Benidorm’s beaches are of course one of the main attractions for Britain’s sun seekers. The three main beaches of the Mal Pas, Poniente and Levante have all been awarded the EU blag flag award for cleanliness, which is a major plus point for families with small children.

For the more active adventurers who want to mix their beach-based relaxation with something a little more dynamic, Benidorm holidays offer the opportunity to take jeep safaris, scuba diving and mountain climbing courses, along with a whole host of other exciting activities.

There’s also a number of excellent theme parks too that will appeal to all members of the family for an unforgettable outing. Aqualandia Water Park provides splash-based thrills and spills across its water slides and attractions whereas Mundomar Marine Exotic Animal Park allows everyone to get up close to underwater nature’s finest specimens. Trained animal exhibitions take place and are sure to delight all viewers.

Benidorm is also a golfer’s paradise as there are no fewer than 15 immaculate 18-hole courses within 2 hours drive of the main resort area.

All Inclusive Description

All Inclusive Holidays to Benidorm

Thinking of Benidorm conjures up an image of endless golden beaches, blue skies and warm sunshine throughout the year. In fact during the summer months Benidorm temperatures have been known to reach the giddy heights of nearly forty degrees Celsius! But there’s so much more here. On an all inclusive holiday to Benidorm there are festivals and firework displays - and fiestas many reliving days gone by in its history. Day trips to theme parks, subterranean caverns and spectacular waterfalls. And don’t forget to visit the local markets where designer goods sit side by side with local hand crafted jewellery and leather goods, and much more besides.

But we mustn’t forget the children on an all inclusive holiday. Poniente and Levante are both good places to stay for a truly family break. Slightly quieter for the little ones, but still with amazing beaches equipped with water sports and climbing frames as standard. There’s plenty more too. They might like a trip on a submarine or boat to Benidorm Island, or a visit to a zoo, or the Mundomar Marine Exotic Animal Park where they regularly show the dolphins. Or a disco and karaoke where holidaymakers merge with locals for a fun packed night out.

The nightlife in Benidorm is legendary. Located on the Costa Blanca your all inclusive holiday here is famed for a multitude of all night bars and clubs where you can drink, dance and party till the sun comes up! On your all inclusive holiday to Benidorm you may prefer a quiet drink in a ‘British’ pub or a cabaret bar with their world famous shows.

Just remember all this and more is yours for the taking – and only two short hours from the UK.

Have fun!
